Do you have locations near me?
We have a few central offices; however, we exclusively work remote with all of our clients, rather than face-to-face.
Do you work with clients outside of the United States?
Yes. We work with anyone that lives outside the United States that needs tax filings, asset protection, or estate planning prepared for any holdings/investments in the United States.
Can you file taxes for a country outside the United States?
No. We do not prepare or file tax filings for other countries other than the United States.
Can you setup or register entities in another country for me?
No. We are not able to register asset protection entities or businesses in countries outside of the United States.
Can you update my existing Estate Plan (Trust, Will, etc.)?
No. We are not able to update or edit an existing Estate Plan as we cannot ensure or guarantee teh work completed by another individual or attorney.
I already have a Last Will and Testament; can you add that to a new Trust or do I need a new Last Will and Testament too?
We will require that a new Will is drafted that works with the trust that we draft.
